We're delighted to be returning to the Hyatt Regency Cambridge, our home for the past ten years.  Ask anyone who has attended The BurlExpo in the past: the Hyatt provides luxury accommodations at reasonable rates.  We have negotiated a limited number of reduced rate rooms in this four star hotel on the banks of the Charles River.  While they last, you can reserve a Double or King room a Double or King room for $135 per night (plus tax).

Two Double Bed (sleeps up to 4 people):

  • 1-2 Guests: $135 per night (plus taxes)
  • 3 Guests: $160 per night (plus taxes)
  • 4 Guests: $185 per night (plus taxes)


The hotel features a pool and  fitness center.  Just for us, there is a small café stand set up which sells lunch at very reasonable prices – with plenty of options to suit any dietary need or restriction.

Getting Here

Mass Transit and Walking

The Hyatt Regency is approximately 3/4 of a mile from the Boston University - West T stop (B branch of the green line) and one mile from the Central Square T stop (red line). Central Square is also served by the #1, #47, #64, #70, #83, #91, and CT1 bus lines.

While it can be a very nice walk, if you want to save your feet (or if the weather is bad) you can always take the shuttle bus from Central Square.

Hyatt Regency Cambridge Complimentary Shuttle Schedule

Our hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to select destinations within Cambridge, whether business or pleasure.  The two new 12 passenger shuttle van service will take guests from Harvard Square to the CambridgeSide Galleria Mall.  For guests who would like to get into the city of Boston, the shuttle will stop at Kendall Square T Stop (Red Line) or the Boston University T-Stop (Green Line).

If you are arriving and need to be picked up at a local T stop, please call the hotel at (617) 492-1234 when you are at the T stop.

General Shuttle Information:
The Hyatt shuttle runs on demand and is for registered guests only.  If requested, please show your room key to driver as identification.  T-Stop schedules are available at the Guest Services desk.  The Hyatt Regency Cambridge, MA shuttle schedule is subject to change without notice.

By Car

FROM THE WEST:
From Mass Pike: Take exit 18 – Allston/Cambridge (left hand exit).
Follow the signs for Cambridge. Cross the River Street Bridge, exit right at the end of the bridge onto Memorial Drive. Hyatt is 1/2 mile up on Memorial Drive (Route 3) on the left hand side. Turn left at the traffic light to access the hotel entrance and parking garage.

FROM THE SOUTH:
From I-93: Take exit 26 – Storrow Drive/Back Bay/Cambridge.
Stay in the right lane (Storrow Drive). Go 3/4 mile and take second exit on left, Government Center/Kendall Square. Go up the ramp and stay in the right lane. Turn right at the stop sign; go across the Longfellow Bridge. Take the first right off bridge and turn onto Memorial Drive (Route 3). Stay on Memorial Drive approximately 1 mile on right, at light turn right. Hyatt is on your left.

FROM THE NORTH:
From I-93 or Route 1: Take exit 26 – Storrow Drive and follow “FROM THE SOUTH” directions.

FROM LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
Follow signs to the Mass Turnpike: 90 Boston/Williams Tunnel. Pay toll upon exiting airport. You will be heading West on 90. From 90 West, take exit 20 Brighton/Cambridge (pay another toll). Out of the toll booth, bear right following sign for Cambridge/Somerville exit. From this exit ramp, stay straight through two lights and cross over the bridge. Just over the bridge, turn right at the light onto Memorial Drive. Stay in the left lane. Continue up/over overpass keeping in left lane. At the first light on Memorial Drive make a left and then another quick left into the Hyatt front circle.

Parking
The Expo offers discounted parking at the hotel of $8 for 8-hours non-hotel guests with no in-and-out privileges (it will cost you $8 every time you take your car out of the garage). To get the discounted rate, please stop by the Expo registration desk for a discount pass.

Overnight hotel guests pay a discounted rate of $15 for 24-hours and can come and go as they like.

There is also metered parking on Amesbury, Audrey, and Vassar Streets. Meters are in effect on Saturday, but not on Sunday.
